Iran Press/ Iran news: Shireen Abu Akleh was a Palestinian-American journalist who worked as a reporter for the Arabic-language channel Al Jazeera for 25 years, and was one of the most prominent names across the Middle East for her decades of reporting in the occupied Palestinian territories. The Israeli forces killed her a few days ago while many countries and International courts claiming human right remained silent.
Attending his weekly press conference and responding to Iran Press question, Saeed Khatibzadeh stated: "We are deeply sorry to say that countries claiming human right exploit the term only to reach their own goals."
He went on to say that killing Abu Akleh was a purposeful terrorist action which is an example of demolishing human rights.
The spokesman underlined that the Israeli regime did not even stop its violence at her funeral.
"Those who follow this regime due to their fear or those achieve benefit must know that the Zionist Regime’s legitimacy is in danger," Khatibzadeh concluded.
