Tehran (IP) – With Three death cases in 24 hours, Iran sees a considerable decline in Coronavirus fatalities.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 3 patients during the past 24 hours, the lowest record of daily coronavirus fatalities after the beginning of the first wave in Iran early 2020.

According to Iran's Health Ministry report and based on definitive laboratory findings from Monday, May 9, 2022, until Tuesday, three death cases were registered and brought the total death toll to 141,192 cases.

It is the lowest record of daily coronavirus fatalities in 24 hours.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 460 cases in the same period. Eighty-two patients were hospitalized.

According to definitive laboratory findings, 7,226,219 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 7,010,698 of the infected people recovered.

So far, 51,582,635 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red, four are orange, 319 are Yellow, and 125 are blue zones.

So far, 64,398,557 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,648,380 have received the second dose, 27,216,318 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 149,263,275 doses.
