Iran Press/ Iran news: Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili said on Monday that 32 countries would participate in Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF), and the international guest, including Qatari officials, as 'special guests' due to extensive cultural interactions between Tehran and Doha.
Earlier, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, two editions of the Tehran International Book Fair were held virtually for the first time in the country to meet the demands of Iranian publishers, authors, translators, book activists, students, and of course, the audience.
TIBF 2022 will host 700 Iranian and 170 foreign publishers in attendance and over 1,900 others virtually.
