Afghanistan (IP) – Recent floods in Afghanistan have left about twenty fatalities, demolished more than 100 houses; dozens of livestock have also been lost.

Iran PressAsia: Afghan officials announced that heavy rains had flooded different parts of Afghanistan since yesterday, inflicting financial damages and casualties to people.

Roughly 18 to 20 people have been killed, two are missing and about 30 others have been injured in 10 provinces since May 1st, according to preliminary statistics.

According to the officials, some injured people have been provided with cash assistance and the process of delivering further aid is underway.
