Tehran (IP) - The head of Iran's Trade Development Organization announced a 400 percent increase in exports of Iran's technical and engineering services.

Iran PressIran News: One of the areas in which Iran can provide the conditions for diversification of the export portfolio with a wider presence is the increase of activities in the field of services exports.

Some neighboring countries, such as Iraq, have been customers of these services in recent years.

Alireza Peyman-Pak, head of Iran's Trade Development Organization, announced a significant change in the export of technical and engineering services last year and announced the growth of exports in this sector by 400% compared to the previous year.

Peyman-Pak stated that Iran has been able to export $ 2.3 billion in technical and engineering services in the past year.

The head of the Trade Development Organization added: "This statistic has been obtained from exports to 18 different countries, and this organization plans to increase the export of technical and engineering services to about four billion dollars this year."
