Iran Press/ Iran news: In a message to the 3rd Conference of Islam State Book of Year on Friday, Ebrahim Raisi said the realization of social will was a vital element of a governance system, which was called by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution "intermediary links" as the informants of a society's will.
Raisi stressed the realization of the 'Second Step of the Islamic Revolution.'
The 3rd Conference of Islam State Book of Year was held on Friday in Qom, with the participation of a group of Assembly of Expert members.
