Baghdad(IP): The ambassadors of Iran and France to Iraq met in Baghdad and discussed the Vienna sanctions removal talks.

Iran PressEurope: The French ambassador to Iraq, Éric Chevalier, met with the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Baghdad, Iraj Masjedi, on Wednesday, while supporting the nuclear talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the P4 + 1 group, and called for a quicker satisfactory outcome.

During the meeting, which was held at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad, the two sides exchanged views on the current political situation in Iraq and expressed hope that the new Iraqi government will be formed as soon as possible through legal processes and mutual understanding between political parties and groups.

Masjedi and Chevalier, also stressed the stability of Iraq and its important role in the region.

Chevalier also called the stability of Iraq to strengthen stability in the region and said: "France supports regional talks."
