Iran Press/ Middle East: In the 'Liberation of Al-Quds' webinar held on Monday, Khalil Hamdan said that despite the European states' advocating democracy for and supporting of the Israeli apartheid regime, Iran was truly helping the Palestinian nation under the stances taken by the late Imam Khomeini and the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
"Today, due to the pressure of the Zionists and the non-Zionists, Al-Quds needs the real help of the true Muslims and free people of the world," Hamdan said.
Attending the webinar, Hamid Shahriari, the Head of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, said any media insulting the Muslim sects, including the Shia and Sunni Muslims, was playing on the ground of the arrogant powers of the world.
Shahriari highlighted the Quds World Day and emphasized it as the symbol of resistance against the world's arrogant powers.
Since the Israeli regime occupied Palestine in 1948, the people have been fighting against the regime to liberate their land.
Yet, the regime is increasingly encroaching on the country, destroying the Palestinian homes, killing them, and constructing settlements for the Israelis.
