During Iranian President's visit to Qatar, 14 cooperation documents in foreign policy, radio, and television, sports, transportation, electricity, standards, culture, and education were signed between the two countries.

Iran PressIran News: The documents were signed by Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Roads and Urban Development Rostam Ghasemi, and Minister of Energy, and Iranian Chairman of the Joint Commission Ali Akbar Mehrabian.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi arrived at Doha Airport in the Qatari capital on Monday and welcomed Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani the Emir of Qatar.

The President left Tehran for Qatar this morning at the official invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani for a two-day visit to attend the 6th Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Summit.

Upon arrival in Doha, Raisi met with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and held a joint press conference with him said the visit was taking place at the invitation of Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and has two objectives.

"The first goal is to develop bilateral relations with Qatar as a friendly and brotherly neighboring country, while the second one is to participate in the GECF summit," the Iranian President pointed out. 219
