Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 236 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 135,276.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 21, 2022, 6,961,562 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,517,436 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 19,110 cases, of whom 2,514 patients were hospitalized.

4,085 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 46,701,520 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 337 cities are red, 64 are orange, and 47 are zones.

So far, 62,261,396 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 55,157,584 have received the second dose, 22,359,883 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 139,778,863 doses.
