Tehran (IP) – Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance says that the Islamic Revolution school has its roots in Ashura and Arbaeen.

Iran PressIran News: The closing ceremony of the seventh edition of the International Arbaeen Award was held on Wednesday at the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization in Tehran.

TheInternational Arbaeen Award is a cultural-religious event held every year on the initiative of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization, aiming to spread the culture of resistance and Ashura and show the manifestations of affection for Imam Hussein (AS).

Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad-Mehdi Esmaili stated at the ceremony that today, Arbaeen has become a bright spot for the promotion of the school of the Islamic Revolution and the path of resistance in the region, and that is why this ceremony has faced a media boycott by the arrogant countries.

In the seventh edition of the International Arbaeen Award, despite COVID limitations, the award call was well received, and works from 24 countries were sent to the secretariat and were evaluated by the jury.

The Secretariat of the Arbaeen International Award received over 4,800 works in five categories: Photos, films, travelogues, cyberspace activists, and books. The event welcomed participants from more than 24 different countries, including Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Germany, UAE, UK, Bahrain, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Algeria, Russia, Japan, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Congo, Malawi, Mexico, and India.
