The Iraqi Prime Minister ordered an immediate investigation into the attack by ISIS in Diyala province, which killed 11 Iraqi soldiers.

Iran PressMiddle East: Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi announced Friday that the terrorist crimes committed against Iraqi forces in the army in Diyala province will not go unpunished and that Iraqi forces will soon respond swiftly to the terrorists.

Al-Kadhimi stressed that the Iraqi armed forces must prevent the recurrence of these acts and pursue terrorists everywhere.

Meanwhile, Faleh al-Fayadh, the head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Unit, said about the attack of the terrorist group ISIS on the Al-Azim district in Diyala: "the army and the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Unit stand together in the fight against terrorism, and Iraq is capable of destroying the criminal remnants."
