Beijing (IP) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran said the comprehensive strategic agreement between Iran and China is in the two nations' interests.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking to China's CGTN, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said: "Tehran-Beijing relations are expanding in all fields, and the 25-year strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries will be a win-win approach."

The Iranian Foreign Minister added: "In the 25-year agreement between Tehran and Beijing, we have included everything that is in the interests of the two nations, and in this agreement, which we entered into implementation on Friday, Tehran and Beijing will benefit."

Amir-Abdollahian called China one of the active parties in the Vienna talks, which has played a constructive and supportive role in Iran's peaceful nuclear rights and stressed the need to lift oppressive sanctions against Iran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, with a high-level political and economic delegation, left for China on Thursday at the official invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
