Tehran (IP) - Foreign Ministry spokesman said Iran-Saudi Arabia's next round of talks, hosted by Iraq, was on the agenda.

Iran PressIran news: Talking about the latest development in Lebanon and Saudis intervention in the country's internal affair, Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said in his weekly presser: "Some foreign parties are trying to use their pressure to change the equation in Lebanon."

"Hezbollah is part of Lebanon's indigenous forces, and everyone should respect it," the spokesman added. 

He also referred to te Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian's visit to Oman and said: "It will be a one-day visit and it is likely that this trip will continue to one of the countries in the Persian Gulf and other trips are on the agenda in the coming days."

The spokesman also said about the Taliban foreign minister's visit to Tehran: "In this meeting, we will have useful talks about Iran's water rights and the problem of water, and the water commissioners will soon meet in Nimrooz."

The Foreign Ministry spokesman also referred to the talks related to the lifting of sanctions on Iran and said: "Progress has been made in some cases in the Vienna talks."
