Seyyed Mahmoud Aghamiri stated: "The university is trying to make Hajj Qasem school of thought scientific and to pay attention to the characteristics of Lt General Soleimani from scientific aspects.
He added: "We hope to be able to preserve this legend and reconstruct his scientific personality and publish an impressive book about him."
The president of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran said:" 138 scientific dissertations about the axis of resistance and the personality of Lt Gen Soleimani have been written at this university, and we are trying to compile the scientific aspects of his school of thought at the university in a book.
On the eve of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Gen. Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, commemoration ceremonies are being underway and scheduled for the next week.
The third day of January is the exact day of martyrdom of Lt. Gen. Soleimani, the late Commander of the "Quds Forces" of the "Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps" (IRGC), and an official ceremony will be held at the Grand Mosalla mosque of Tehran, with the presence of officials from Iran and allied countries.
Martyr General Soleimani was martyred in a US airstrike at Baghdad's international airport, together with the deputy leader of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) Mohammed Ali Ebrahimi, also known as Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
