Isfahan (IP) - Lenjan town in Isfahan, central Iran, is ready to hold the International Congress for Honoring Imam Hussein's (AS) Pir Gholams (old servants) from 20 countries.

Iran PressIran news: The Governor of Lenjan, Khodamorad Salehi, says the congress will be held next Saturday, January 1.

The International Congress for Honoring Imam Hussein's (AS) Pir Gholams is an event to introduce and praise the veterans of promoting the teachings of the third Shia Imam, Imam Hussain (AS), and Ashura through canting elegies. 

Isfahan's Lenjan will host Imam Hussain's old servants from Iraq, Turkey, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Colombia, Lebanon, Nigeria, Tajikistan, Senegal, India, Republic of Azerbaijan, Argentina, Sudan, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Bangladesh, and Germany.
