Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 90 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 130,446.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 08, 2021, 6,144,644 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,943,467 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 3,309 cases, of whom 534 patients were hospitalized.

3,185 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 39,632,983 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, two cities are red, nine are orange, 153 are yellow, and 284 are blue.

So far, 58,412,319 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 48,767,237 have received the second dose, 1,811,379 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 108,990,935 doses.
