Tehran (IP) - Wealth creation should be improved in the country to solve economic problems, Iran's parliament speaker says.

Iran PressIran News: Attending the joint meeting of the Parliament and senior executives of the Judiciary on Sunday, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf stated that all three branches of the government must be coordinated to achieve synergy and efficiency.

He named Iran's major problems as livelihood, water, class differences, and immigration.

He noted that wealth creation should be carried out in the country to solve economic problems, adding that basic measures are also needed to move liquidity to production and investment.

He pointed out that fighting corruption should be pursued seriously, adding that one of the most important issues in economic plans is unproductive assets which should be turned into productive ones.

"If corruption is not stopped at this stage, it will spread to the political sector and the election campaign," concluded the speaker.
