Tehran (IP) - The opening ceremony of the 'Picture of Imagination' painting exhibition, the selected collection of works by the Slovak painter, 'Luca Brace', in the presence of ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic centres in Tehran, was held on Monday evening, November 22, 2021 at the Eco Cultural Institute Art Gallery.'

Iran PressIran news: The exhibition, which was inaugurated in the presence of the artist, shows a collection of 27 abstract style works of him, which was welcomed by the visitors.

Professor Sarvar Bakhti, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, said during a speech at the ceremony: "When it comes to art, the painting comes to mind unconsciously, as the first option."
He also described painting as the expression of ideas and emotions.

The head of the ECO Cultural Institute further expressed hope that holding this exhibition, provide the ground for exchanges and interactions between artists from the ECO region and other countries of the world.

The Slovak Ambassador in the ceremony thanked the ECO Cultural Institute for hosting the exhibition, saying: "culture brings nations closer together."
He added that Luca Brace's paintings represent the rich cultural heritage of Slovakia.
Following the ceremony, the painter Luca Brace explained his works, emphasizing that art knows no borders and depicts human emotions.

Luca Brace thanked the ECO Cultural Institute and the Slovak Embassy in Iran for hosting the event.
The 'Picture of Imagination' exhibition is open to the public until December 22, 2021, Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Art Gallery of the Eco Cultural Institute.
