Tehran (IP) – Iran's Minister of Roads and Urban Development said the West still seeks to limit the missile capability of the Islamic republic.

Iran PressIran News: Rostam Ghasemi was speaking in a ceremony on Tuesday evening at the Civil Defense Organization on the occasion of commemorating the tenth martyrdom anniversary of Hassan Tehrani-Moghaddam and his companions.

Ghasemi praised Tehrani-Moghaddam as the founder of Iran's missile and aerospace industry, noting that "his achievements were unparalleled and still are unattainable."

He went on to say, "One of the main points of contention that the West still seeks to limit is Iran's missile capability."

Minister of Roads and Urban Development noted that Martyr Tehrani-Moghaddam had established the most essential technology Iran needed.

The Chief-Commander of Iran's Civil Defense Organization, Brigadier General Gholamreza Jalali, also stated that Martyr Tehrani Moghaddam, as the father of Iran's missile technology, repeated a missile test over and over again and never gave up his lofty goals.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, the "Moghaddam Narration" project was unveiled as the largest project in the field of literature and poetry, which will be wrapped up by the 10-day Fajr decade.
