Tehran (IP) – Iran's interior minister says that COVID restrictions will be eased off with nationwide vaccination.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at the National Task Force for Combating Coronavirus meeting, Ahmad Vahidi stated that the night traffic restrictions would continue until the virus subsided.

He noted that those who use public transportation should receive two vaccine doses to prevent the COVID surge.

Iran's Interior Minister pointed out that those who have received two doses of the COVID vaccine would be subject to fewer restrictions.

The minister said that the Smart-COVID-19 Restriction Management System had been evaluated, and its results indicate that it has made promising progress.

The National Task Force for Combating Coronavirus meeting was held on Tuesday at the Interior Ministry chaired by the Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi to discuss the latest on COVID-19 and restrictions.
