Belarus (IP): A meeting was held between the Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Parliamentary, and Expatriates’ Affairs of Iran and some Iranians living in Belarus on Friday.

Iran PressEurope: Kazem Sajjadi, Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Parliamentary, and Expatriates' Affairs, said in the meeting: "Despite the pressures and oppressive sanctions, the Islamic Republic of Iran has overcome the problems."

The Iranians present at the meeting, including students, business people, engineers, and doctors, also expressed their views. 

The need to evaluate some courses in Belarus for students and some legal problems for businessmen were discussed.

The meeting was also attended by three Iranians trapped on the border between Belarus and Poland, who managed to return to Minsk after a difficult week and to wander in the forest.
