Iran Press/ Europe: The Iranian handicraft stand was one of the most visited places at the annual UN Charity Market in Geneva, also visited by the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva Tatiana Valovaya.
Organized annually by the Association of Wives of Ambassadors and Diplomats in Geneva to encourage countries to participate in UN charity programs, diplomatic missions offer and sell their local-traditional products and handicrafts and culture in the event.
As in previous years, the mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Geneva had a significant presence in the event with two independent booths, presenting a diverse and exquisite collection of handicrafts and cultural products from its different provinces.
United Nations Women's Guild in Geneva (UNWG) is an international charity whose goal is to help women and children in need.
