Iran registers 197 Covid deaths in 24 hrs

Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 197 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 125,716.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to October 27, 2021, on W 5,888,100 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,455,329 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 10,644 cases, out of whom 1,462 patients were hospitalized.

4,127 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 35,079,339 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 22 cities are red, 128 are orange, 215 are yellow, and 83 are blue zones.

So far, 51,738,578 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 31,718,775 have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 83,529,916 doses.
