Moscow (IP) - Seven people have been killed, one wounded and nine others are missing after a fire broke out at a gunpowder and chemicals plant in Russia's western Ryazan province.

Iran PressEurope: The fire at the Russian chemicals plant broke out at a gunpowder and chemicals plant in Russia's western Ryazan province, the emergencies ministry said on Friday, according to Reuters.

The ministry said more than 170 firefighters were at the site, which lies around 200km southeast of the capital Moscow.
