Iran Press/ Asia: On the second day of the meeting of the Ministers of Communications and Transport of developing countries in Istanbul, the Minister of Information and Communications Technology of Iran, Issa Zarepour, met with the Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Rashad Nabiyev.
