Iran Press/ Asia: In an interview with Iran Press, Shahriar Amoozegar stated that the Iranian nation has always stood by the Afghan nation, and Iran is ready to help Afghanistan in all areas, especially economically.
He said Iran was ready to assist the new Afghan government in developing the country and reviving its infrastructure so that Afghanistan could grow and prosper.
He noted that establishing security, stability, and peace in Afghanistan is the heartfelt desire of the people and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has continued to assist the people of Afghanistan since the new Taliban-led government took office. Since August 15, 2021, six consignments of Iranian humanitarian aid have been sent to the Afghan people.
