Tehran (IP) – Member of the Economic Commission of the Iranian Parliament said importing foreign cars adjusts the price of domestic cars.

Iran PressIran News: In an interview with Iran Press, Mehdi Toghyani stated that only 5% of domestic needs would be met from importing foreign cars.

"The currency required for importing foreign cars should also be provided through the export of domestic cars or auto parts," he highlighted.

Toghyani predicted that importing foreign cars would eliminate the price gap between Iranian factories and the market.
