Tehran (IP) - The 6th Exhibition of Ashura Clothes ended on Wednesday, September 29, introducing the nominees at Tehran's Vahdat Hall.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at the event, the head of the exhibition Maryam Pourshahabi said that they had held ten webinars about Ashura so far.

Pourshahabi noted that about 1000 university students across Iran took part in scientific webinars of the exhibition and received their licenses.

During the exhibition, the online competition on "Picturizing Ashura Symbols" was held, and more than 190 works were accepted, she added.

The head of the exhibition went on to say that a three-day workshop on dress and clothing was held, and 100 works were selected, expressing hope that these works would reach production lines.

Referring to the submitted articles, Maryam Pourshabi said that five articles were published.

Iran's "6th Exhibition of Ashura Clothes" was inaugurated on September 21 to introduce adequate and suitable clothes for Muharram rituals.

Due to the decrease in clothes selling, producers welcomed the new designs and models.
