Iran Press/ Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the memorial of 241 Army Air Defense Soldiers ceremony, Abbas Mohammad-Hassani asserted that during the war, soldiers were duty-bound to protect the Islamic establishment and border integrity.
Mohammad Hassani also added that soldiers in peacetime must intelligently resolve economic issues and problems according to their knowledge.
Speaking at the memorial of 241 Army Air Defense Soldiers, the head of the Army Political Ideological Organization said that Iranian soldiers manifest power and authority.
Commemorating the 'Sacred Defense Week,' he said that Iranian soldiers protected Iran's nation and security by sacrificing their lives.
Stressing to commemorate martyrs heroism constantly, Abbas Mohammad-Hassani said that the soldiers play a significant role in protecting the country.
Highlighting that soldiers are the country's significant assets in standing against the world powers, the top cleric added that the soldiers' responsibility, both during war and peace, promotes the country's protection, security, independence, and territorial integrity.
The memorial of 241 Army Air Defense Soldiers was held on Sep 29, 2021, with the head of Army Political Ideological Organization Abbas Mohammad Hassani and Commander of the Iranian Army Air Defence Force Ali-Reza Sabahifard.
