Tehran (IP) - The Leader of the Islamic Revolution calls war veterans legacies from times of arduous struggle and teachers of sincere effort.

Iran Press/Iran news: Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s message to the first national assembly of “Three Thousand Narrators of the Message of Sacrifice” was read this morning at the National Museum of Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense.

"War veterans are legacies from times of arduous struggle and teachers of sincere effort. The explanations they give in their own words of the events in those noble days should be valued. Their truthful accounts and narrations must be conveyed to eager ears and hearts," he noted.

"I hereby thank the community of war veterans who narrate experiences of the war and ask God, the Most High, for their success," Ayatollah Khamenei stressed.
