As autumn has arrived with a fresh chill in the air, the migration of Shahsevan and Gharehdagh nomads in Ardabil province began from winter Sabalan highs, Bozghush, and Baghro mountains to the summer pastures of Moghan plain.

Service and relief agencies also provide security and items needed by the nomads along the migration route.

The Shahsevan tribe is the third largest nomad tribe in the country with the annual production of 45,000 tons of milk, 700 tons of cheese, 14,000 tons of meat, 1,400 tons of wool, and 14,000 square meters of carpets and rugs.
