Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman says that Georgian border guards' mistreatment of Iranians living in the country is not acceptable at all.

Iran PressIran news: In response to complaints received from Iranians living in Georgia regarding the mistreatment of Georgian border guards and the discrimination in that country, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said: "Tehran is investigating the Georgian border guards' inappropriate treatment with Iranians living in the country."

He added: "Such treatment is not acceptable at all, and Georgian officials are expected to resolve the issue as soon as possible."
