Iran Press/ Iran news: In a message, Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov congratulated Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on receiving the parliament's vote of confidence and being appointed as the Foreign Minister of Iran.
Meredov said: "I believe that we will continue our close cooperation with the aim of strengthening the traditional fraternal and friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the interests of the two nations."
