Iran, Croatia FMs confer bilateral ties

Tehran (IP) - Croatian and Iranian Foreign Ministers in a telephone call on Tuesday afternoon, discussed bilateral relations and Iran's relations with the European Union.

Iran PressIran news: Underlining the need to expand bilateral cooperation in various fields, regarding the agreements on mutual encouragement and support for investment, customs cooperation, as well as the signing of a cultural cooperation agreement between Iran and Croatia, Gerlich Radman and Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, discussed and agreed to implement the agreements.

During the conversation, Amir-Abdollahian also explained Iran's position in the Vienna talks and stated: "The Vienna talks are not about negotiating Iranian policy; rather, they should be about securing the interests of the Iranian people."

"The United States should know that it can only speak to the Iranian people in a language of respect," he noted.
