Official:
Iran trade with Eurasia reaches $ 1.6 billion

Tehran (IP) - The Director-General of Iran's International Customs Cooperation Office said that the volume of Iran's trade with the Eurasian Economic Union member states in the first four months of this year increased by 93% in value, exceeding 1.6 billion dollars.

Iran PressIran news: Hossein Kakhaki added: "In the first four months of this year, Iran's exports to the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union amounted to 358 million dollars, which has increased by 46% compared to the same period last year."

He said: "During this period, the five destinations of Iran's exports were the Russian Federation, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus, respectively."

Kakhaki stated: "In the same period, Iran's imports from the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union have reached one billion and 252 million dollars."
