Iran Army stands first in Gunsmith Masters competitions

Isfahan (IP) - The Islamic Republic of Iran's Army team won first place in the international competitions of 'Gunsmith Masters 2021' in Isfahan, central Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Army Ground Force team won first place in the ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft category on the second day of the competitions.

The ZU-23-2, also known as ZU-23, is a Soviet towed 23 mm anti-aircraft twin-barreled autocannon.

ZU stands for Zenitnaya Ustanovka anti-aircraft mount.

The sixth edition of the international army games 'Gunsmith Masters 2021' began on Sunday in Iran’s Isfahan city, with four teams participated in the competitions from Iran, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
