Tehran (IP) - A number of Iran's lawmakers expressed their opposition to the appointment of the proposed Minister Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism Ezzatollah Zarghami.

Iran PressIran news: Mohammad Reza Sabbaghian, the representative of Mehriz and Bafgh's people, said the proposed minister of cultural heritage lacked reliable expertise and plans for boosting the tourism industry. 

He said Zarghami had not the necessary background in historical areas as well as cultural heritage and handicraft.

Ali Mousavi, the representative of Malekan's people, Ezatollah Zarghami did not have enough motivation for making jihadi efforts in the ministry because he does not fit well with the body of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism.
