Tehran (IP) - Iran Parliament kicked off an open session on Saturday morning to review the list of cabinet ministers of the 13th administration chaired by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

Iran PressIran News: The parliamentarians will review the list of the cabinet members in the open sessions of the Parliament.

After the speeches of Iranian Parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi start defending his cabinet.

MPs will begin reviewing the program and qualifications of the proposed ministers.

Earlier in a letter to the Speaker of the Parliament, the Iranian President introduced the list of his proposed ministers of the 13th administration for a vote of confidence in the Parliament.

President Ebrahim Raisi on Wednesday 11 August 2021 in a letter to the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly introduced the list of ministers of the 13th Administration to receive a vote of confidence in the parliament.

The names of the ministers proposed by the president for the thirteenth Administration are as follow in alphabetical order:

A brief record of the ministers proposed by the thirteenth administration

 

Dr. Issa Zarepour (Communication and Information Technology)

Born in 1980 in Islamabad Garb, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and two postdoctoral degrees in the field of computer networks and is a member of the faculty of Computer Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology. As a university professor and specialist in the field of policy and macro-planning of information technology and cyberspace, he has numerous scientific and research backgrounds in the field of information and communication technology, including the publication of dozens of scientific and research articles in English in journals and international conferences in the field of the new generation of computer networks and receiving several international scientific and research awards during their studies.

Deputy chief of Judiciary and Head of Statistics and Information Technology Center of Judiciary, Founder and Head of Information Technology and Digital Media Development Center of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Member of Strategic Commission of High Information Technology Council, Executor of Electronic Services Development in Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Member of the Information Technology Working Group of the Ninth and Tenth administrations, Member of the National Committee for All "UNESCO National Commission".

 

Esmail Khatib (Intelligence Ministry)

He was born in 1961 and attended the jurisprudence course of the Leader of the Revolution and Fazel Lankarani, Makarem Shirazi, and the late Ayatollah Haj Agha Mojtaba Tehrani. Membership in IRGC Intelligence Organization since 1980, activity in the Ministry of Intelligence due to familiarity with intelligence and security issues, presence in the office of the Leader, director of Protection and Information Center of the Judiciary and head of Astan Quds Razavi Security Department are among the executive and managerial records of Khatib.

 

Dr. Ehsan Khandouzi (Economic Affairs and Finance)

He was born in 1980 in Gorgan and has a doctorate in economics.

He is currently a member of the 11th Majlis, Deputy Chairman of the Economic Commission of the Majles, and Chairman of the Production and Business Space Faction of the Majles. In his managerial background, he is the director of the Department of Islamic Economics at Allameh Tabatabai University, the secretary of the Economic Council of the IRIB, the director-general of the Economic Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and a member of the Deregulation and Facilitation Board.

Khandouzi has authored and translated 5 books and dozens of scientific and research articles in the field of economics in his scientific and research record.

 

Dr. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian (Foreign Affairs)

Born in 1964 in Damghan, he has a bachelor's degree in diplomatic relations from the Faculty of Foreign Affairs, a master's degree in international relations from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Tehran, and a doctorate in international relations from the University of Tehran.

Special Assistant to the Speaker and Director- General of International Affairs of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Director-General of the Persian Gulf and Middle East Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Bahrain, Chief of Special Headquarters fie Iraq at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a member of the Political-Security Committee for Iran's Nuclear Talks with the European Troika, and a member of the Iran-Iraq-US Negotiating Committee on Iraq, are among his top executive responsibilities in the field of foreign policy and diplomacy.

Amir-Abdollahian, in addition to teaching the principles of diplomacy and foreign policy at the university, has authored numerous scientific and research articles in this field.

 

Dr. Hossein Baghgoli (Education)

He was born in 1978 and holds a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences (Philosophy of Education) from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

In addition to his scientific and research activities in the field of Islamic education, he is a member of the faculty of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and has numerous managerial and executive backgrounds and experiences in the field of education.

Managing Director of Razavi Cultural Foundation (Imam Reza (AS) Public Benefit Schools, Specialized Member of the Education Working Group of the General Directorate of Education of Khorasan Razavi Province, Specialized Consultant in Designing Educational Programs, Member of the Founding Board of the Khallaq Industries Company, Member of the Board of Astan Quds Youth Institute and membership in the Board of Thoughts of Children and Adolescents of the holy shrine of Razavi, as well as teaching at Farhangian University are among his most important responsibilities and executive backgrounds in the fields of education and culture.

 

Dr. Bahram Einollahi (Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education)

He was born in 1958 in Sarab, is an ophthalmologist, corneal fellowship and professor at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.

He was born in 1981 in Shahe-Rey and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Isfahan. He is an economist and a member of the faculty of the university.

Dr. Javad Sadatinejad (Agricultural Jihad)

He was born in 1972 in Kashan and holds a doctorate in watershed management from Moscow State University and is the head of the Agriculture, Water and Natural Resources Commission in the 11th parliament.

 

He started his executive activity in 1994 from Kashan Construction Jihad and has been representing the people of Kashan, Aran, and Bidgol since the tenth term of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

 

Dr. Amin Hossein Rahimi (Justice)

He was born in 1368 in Malayer and has a doctorate in jurisprudence and criminal law. He is a judge of justice with more than 35 years of service in various judicial professions.

Brigadier General Dr. Mohammad Reza Ashtiani (Defense and Support of the Armed Forces)

He was born in 1960 in Tehran and holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Defense Sciences and is a member of the faculty of the Supreme National Defense University with an associate degree.

Rostam Ghasemi (Road and Urban Development)

He was born in 1963 in Lamerd, holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Amirkabir University, and is a member of the faculty of Imam Hossein University. Commander of Naval Engineering, Commander of Khatam Al -Anbia Construction Camp (PBUH), Member of the Board of Directors of Iran Industrial Development and Renovation Organization.

 

Dr. Reza Fatemi Amin (Industry, Mining, and Trade)

He was born in 1974 and has a degree in electronic engineering, engineering of economic and social systems (master's degree), and a doctorate in strategic knowledge management (in the process of obtaining a diploma).

 

Dr. Mohammad Ali Zolfi Gol (Science, Research and Technology)

He was born in 1966 in Salehabad village, on the outskirts of Ashtian city in Markazi province, and graduated from Shiraz University with a doctorate in organic chemistry and is a member of the faculty of Bu Ali Sina University in Hamadan.

Deputy od First Vice President in the Elite Foundation in the Ninth Government, Member of the Advisory Commission on Elites and Talents of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, Vice-Chancellor of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, Dean and Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology of the Bu Ali Sina University of Hamadan.

 

Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili (Islamic Culture and Guidance)

He was born in 1975 in Kaboudar Ahang city of Hamedan and graduated from the Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies with a doctorate in political science and is a member of the faculty of the University of Tehran.

Deputy Chief of the Center for Strategic Studies in the Ninth Government, Vice President for Research of the Islamic Revolution Documentation Center and production of More than 200 works in the field of History, Deputy Governor of Isfahan, Member of the Cultural Transformation Working Group of the Ministry of Guidance in the Ninth Government.

 

Dr. Ahmad Vahidi (Interior)

He was born in 1957 in Shiraz and has a doctorate in strategic management and is the president and faculty member of the Supreme National Defense University.

Full member of the Expediency Council, member and chairman of the Political, Defense and Security Commission of the Expediency Council, one of the officials of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps during the Holy Defense, Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support in the 10th government, Deputy Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support.

 

Ezatullah Zarghami (Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism)

He was born in 1959 in Tehran and graduated in civil engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. He has a master's degree in industrial management and is currently a doctoral student in communications.

Two terms of presidency of the IRIB with the decree of the Leader, member of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution with the decree of the Leader and also membership in the Supreme Council of Cyberspace with the decree of the Leader, Deputy chief of IRIB  for Parliamentary and Provincial Affairs.

 

Javad Oji (Oil)

He was born in Shiraz in 1966 and graduated in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Petroleum Industry. He is the Deputy Minister and Managing Director of the National Iranian Gas Company in the 10th government. Chairman of Iran Gas Development Engineering Company, Managing Director of Mofid Economy Group, Managing Director of Sina Energy Gostar Holding and Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Petro Mofid Oil and Gas Development Holding.

 

Ali Akbar Mehrabian (Energy)

He was born in 1969 in Khansar and graduated in civil engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and a master's degree in economics from the University of Tehran.
