Iran Press/ Iran news: Davood Manafipour said the ceremony was held every year on the first Friday of the month of Muharram, which was restricted in recent two years due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Pointing to the explanation of Islamic rituals, especially those of the Karbala event, as the ceremony's goal, Manafipour said that currently, the rituals were held in other parts of the world.
"We have a variety of scientific and cultural programs for the betterment of the events in different parts of the world," he added.
