Tehran (IP): The Deputy Coordinator of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) expressed hope that the honors of Javad Foroughi, the Olympic shooting champion, would be repeated in future competitions in Tokyo.

Iran PressIran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Mohammad Reza Naqdi, in the welcoming ceremony of Javad Foroughi, Iran’s Olympic champion, at the Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA), said: “Javad Foroughi is a nurse at Baqiyatallah Hospital who has been serving as a health staff during the coronavirus pandemic.”

He is a champion who could achieve this medal through hard efforts, he noted.

"Iran’s shooting team could get better results in Asian competitions and the next Olympics," the official highlighted.
