Tehran (IP) - Iran's National Task Force for Combatting Coronavirus declared a lockdown from 20 to 25 July to curb the fifth COVID wave in Tehran and Alborz provinces.

Iran PressIran news: With the implementation of the lockdown, commute in Tehran has been restricted, and markets and guilds in different parts of the Iranian capital have been closed.

The 6-day lockdown does not include various service departments and food chain stores, as well as sellers of health supplies in Tehran and Alborz provinces.
