MFA spox: Iran ready to proceed with humanitarian swap today

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman in response to the claims of the US officials in his latest tweet has said that Iran is ready to proceed with the release of 10 prisoners on all sides today.

Iran PressIran news: Saeed Khatibzadeh, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on his Twitter account on Sunday, referred to Iran's agreement with the United States and Britain on humanitarian swap to release 10 prisoners from all sides: "Iran is ready to proceed TODAY."

"Outrageous" = the US denying simple fact that there IS an agreed deal on the matter of the detainees. Even on how to announce it.", Khatibzadeh said.

Referring to the Vienna talks, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "Humanitarian swap was agreed with US & UK in Vienna-separate from JCPOA- on release of 10 prisoners on all sides."
