Tehran (IP) - Iran's government spokesman said that the 11th administration at the beginning of its mission applied a philosophy that there is no way but interaction and negotiation to settle worldwide disputes.

Iran PressIran news: Ali Rabiei, the government spokesman in his weekly news presser noting the anniversary of the approval of the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) tomorrow July 13, and calling this day as dialogue and constructive interaction with the world, said: "This day symbolizes the will of our nation to prove peace and cooperation with all nations and avoid tension and enmity."

"Eight years ago, the 11th government with real will derived from the Iranian and Islamic cultural and civilizational in an effort to hear the voice of Iranians to the world, chose the approach of constructive interaction with the world," Rabiei said.

No way to settle disputes but interaction and negotiation

The spokesman noted: "The 11th administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the beginning of its mission by assessing that unipolar era ended and international cooperation in resolving disputes between nations is enevitable, applied this philosophy that there is no way to settle disputes but interaction and negotiation."

Rabiei noting that although US withdrawal from the JCPOA and the imposition of unilateral sanctions made life difficult for Iranian people, added: "But this policy left the US empty-handed and leading it to bankruptcy in its foreign policy with unprecedented disgrace."

Golden age of Iran's economy

Iran Government spokesman said: "In general, despite all the bottlenecks and restrictions, the current administration succeeded in 2014 to 2017, to make one of the golden ages of Iran's economy in the last half-century. The average inflation in the period 2014 to 2017 was 11.5 percent and nearly two years of this period experienced single-digit inflation in the country. In the last 50 years, the inflation rate has not been so low in a four-year period.

US has no choice but to return back to the negotiation 

The spokesman said: "Even after the withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA, it was our firm belief in dialogue and constructive interaction that thwarted the plan of ill-wishers and our refusal to withdraw from the JCPOA. It was we who, by standing up to this great law-breaking, prevented the destruction of the JCPOA, and by combining unparalleled resistance on the one hand and pursuing lively and dynamic diplomacy on the other, gave the United States no choice but to return to the negotiating table.

Govt. committed fully cooperating with the president-elect

Ali Rabiei said: "The administration has made every effort to transfer the administration's experiences to the newly elected administration, and based on the agreement reached, members of the Mr. Rouhani administration have regular meetings with Mr. Raisi, the president-elect, to provide the necessary reports. The administration is committed to cooperating fully with the president-elect."

Iranian government spokesman noted: "The administration has made every effort to address concerns about the availability of basic goods in the early months of the elected administration in office, and arrangements have been made so that there are no concerns in the early months of the new administration."

Mellat Park explosion, not a sabotage act

The government spokesman Ali Rabiei also said that there is no evidence that the Mellat Park explosion is a sabotage act. "This incident is not a sabotage act at all and it was not like the recent sabotage actions," Rabiei added.
