Crushed pennyroyal leaves emit a very strong fragrance similar to spearmint.

Pennyroyal is a traditional folk remedy. It has anti-hepatic, antibacterial, antioxidant effects, but is toxic to the liver if used too much and often. 

Also, people have used the leaves in an infusion (tea) for complaints such as breathing problems, stomach pains, or gas.

Ingredients:

1: 2 teaspoon Pennyroyal

2: Boiling water

Brew it and serve with sugar, date, or chocolate.
