Iran Press/ Europe: Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi had left for Réunion Island, west of the island of Madagascar in the South Indian Ocean to attend the Seventh Indian Ocean Naval Symposium (IONS).
In a short conversation with the Chief of Staff of the French Navy, Rear Admiral Khanzadi stated that exchange of views, synergy and presentation of constructive views are among the goals of this naval conference, noting: "The compilation of the first IONS tactical book by the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is an important and effective step towards facilitating various naval operations."
