Iran Press/ Europe: Speaking to Russian media on Thursday, Sergei Ryabkov said that agreements on reviving the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) were being formed in Vienna, adding: "Providing conditions for the return of Iranian oil to the world market is one of the main elements of JCPOA meetings."
So far, five rounds of talks have been held between Iran and the negotiating parties in Vienna, and the parties had expressed optimism about reviving JCPOA.
