Four people killed ,11 others injured in a car blast in Afghanistan

A roadside bomb exploded on a bus carrying Al-Biruni University professors and students in Parwan province, Afghanistan, killing four people, 11 others injured.

Iran PressAsia: According to Afghanistan's Shafaqna news agency, the country's Interior Ministry spokesman Tariqh Arian said the incident took place in the Rabat district of Charikar, the capital of Parwan province.

No one or group has claimed responsibility for the explosion yet.

 Al-Biruni University is located in Kapisa province, north of Kabul, and a significant house for many professors, students, and lecturers.
