Iran Press/ Asia: According to Afghanistan's Shafaqna news agency, the country's Interior Ministry spokesman Tariqh Arian said the incident took place in the Rabat district of Charikar, the capital of Parwan province.
No one or group has claimed responsibility for the explosion yet.
