Iran Press/ Iran news: In an interview with the Lebanese website Al-Ahed, Hossein Amir Abdollahian noted the Sword of Quds operation was a weapon of Resistance, which united the Palestinians to defend and support the Holy Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
On the anniversary of southern Lebanon liberation, Hossein Amir Abdollahian pointed to the coincidence of the Israeli regime's failure in Lebanon with the great victory of the Palestinians' 12-day resistance against the regime's aggression resulting in their unity.
"Netanyahu and other Israeli officials sent mediators from the beginning of their war to urge the Palestinian resistance to end the operation, and today they remained silent because of the great defeat," Amir Abdollahian noted.
He said the escape of the Israeli regime from southern Lebanon caused the Lebanese to believe in their resistance and showed that the regime only understood the language of coercion.
The official stressed that Resistance achieved the victory through unity of army, nation, and resistance, in Lebanon.
Amir Abdollahian congratulated the occasion to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah and said some imagined that the voice of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was received in Lebanon and west of Asia, but his enemies acknowledged that the voice is globally heard for defending the oppressed.
Iranian Parliament Speaker’s Special Aide for International Affairs said the Islamic Republic of Iran was ready to provide any assistance for Lebanon's progress and considers Lebanon's security and progress as its own security and progress.
