Iran Press/ Iran news: The second round of election for the Presiding Board of the Iranian Parliament was held to appoint the members of the Presiding Board, and Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf was elected the Speaker of the Parliament for the second year with 230 votes. Fereydoun Abbasi received 18 votes. Ghalibaf also won 230 votes last year.
Ali Nikzad was elected the first vice speaker, and Abdolreza Mesri was elected the second Vice Speaker.
